Understanding the charge on your card
The charge on your card has been made by Third Light Ltd in Cambridge UK. We take online security seriously and it is unlikely your transaction is fraudulent.
The payment on your card is for the renewal of a digital media library system hosted by Third Light. A receipt as well as other correspondence for this was emailed to the email contact held on file at Third Light. If you're unsure, please email billing@thirdlight.com so we can help you further.
Complaints/enquiries/refunds
- Please locate the receipt email (e.g. search for thirdlight.com in your inbox)
- Note the order reference number contained in the message
- Reply to the email.
In the case of a dispute, please contact us by email and quote your name and surname, the date of the transaction on your statement, the exact amount, the order reference from your receipt and your post code. Do not send any details about your card - we do not need this information and you should not disclose it. The address to which you should send this information is billing@thirdlight.com.
